How Do I Rename Manual Routines On The ROTOR(+) - Video ?

Answer :  There is no method within the ROTOR software for renaming the routines created by the user.

The attached PDF explains how it is possible to rename the routine using “Notepad” or other similar text editors. While it is possible to change the name on the ROTOR(+) computer you will need to attach a USB Keyboard - supplied with the ROTOR(+). You can also export the routines to a data key and work with them on a text editor on another computer.

Note : The information in the attached PDF and the video below only explains how to change the name of the routine and its description. Any changes made to any other parts of the file may prevent the routine from working.

Below is a video which demonstrates a method of changing the name on ROTOR+ without leaving the ROTOR+ software. This method is also possible using the ROTOR HDA (pre July 2021).
