How to find information about your ROTOR / ROTOR+ (Video)

Introduction

The ROTOR software for both the ROTOR HDA and ROTOR+ is very easy to use.

The Help Panel contains information about the ROTOR Software version as well as other useful information including ROTOR operation records and how to contact Singer Instruments.

When contacting Singer Instruments for assistance we might ask for information such as the serial number, software/ firmware version etc found on the information screen.

Please Note : This video was created without a connection to a ROTOR so it is showing as being offline. The ROTOR(+) should be online (connected) when using these features.
