Answer : If the ROTOR(+) experiences some random faults which are not easy to diagnose the Technical Support Team may ask for the log files. The video below demonstrates access to the Log File tab and what can be found there.

ROTOR+ (June 2021 to present day)
The video below only shows the downloading of the log files. This will be expanded in the near future to include the other options that are available but at the time of writing the software logging is due to be improved so the method may change. Currently, the layout is the same as ROTOR HDA although the software looks different. Please refer to the ROTOR HDA logging video for other logging options.
ROTOR HDA (January 2006 to June 2021)
The video below demonstrates how to download logfiles to help the Technical Support Team to be able to diagnose errors in the ROTOR HDA.
There is also the provision to create logs of all the work that the ROTOR does including statistics, times, routines run etc..
