Any changes in temperature affects the fluid dynamics and thus the optimal liquid handling technique.

If a heating or cooling step is required, outside of SQWERTY, let the liquids and labware return to room temperature before using SQWERTY or skip the step entirely if possible.

If neither of these can be done then try to adjust the liquid class and advanced parameters to compensate but there can be no guarantee of volume accuracy.
