Can I use deep well plates (eg. 2.2 ml) in ROTOR(+)?

It is not possible to use 2.2ml deep well plates in the ROTOR (pre-2021) due to height restrictions. The ROTOR+ (post-July 2021) accepts these plates, using long pin RePads, provided the contents are deep enough for the pins to reach. For more details, contact [e-mail].

Answer : 

It is not possible to use 2.2ml deep well plates in the ROTOR (pre-2021). This is due to height restrictions inside the ROTOR.

The ROTOR+ will accept the deep well plates. It still uses the standard long pin RePads so for picking from the deep well plates the contents must be deep enough for the pins to reach.
