Answer : In the software, there is an option to offset the pinning position of the plate. This only applies to the Source Plate. It is not possible to offset the Target Plate position.
This is to allow for variations that may have occurred if the plates were pinned by a different robot or even by hand. It will only move the pick position in the X and Y direction and cannot correct rotation.
Note: This also applies to the ROTOR+ although the software has a more modern look.
