This article explains how to use the Recycle options in the ROTOR(+) Software to replicate plates. It guides users to select pad source and target densities, choose "Replicate Many," set target plate numbers, and select the "Until Repeat" recycle option without enabling the "Use?" box. A linked video provides a detailed walkthrough. For further help, contact technicalsupport@singerinstruments.com.
Answer :
This is a simple job to do on the ROTOR(+). It uses the Recycle options in the ROTOR(+) Software. Please see below for full instructions
Please check the first video in this article : A demonstration of the advanced options in the ROTOR Software (Videos). It provides a walk-through of how to access the necessary options.
A breakdown of the procedure would be (time location in video):
- Choose pad source and target densities as normal
- Select Replicate Many
- From the General tab choose the number of target plates (1:15)
- Select Recycle tab and select your Recycle option. A recommendation would be 'Until Repeat' (1:45) - this will throw the pad away after pinning all four plates
- Do not select the 'Use?' box - (2:01) - this will allow it to use the same pad for all 4 plates but will not return to the source plate in between each pinning.
