Answer : These plates are not high enough to enable the ROTOR(+) to be able to operate normally however there is no reason why they can not be used if required.
The gripper head which holds the pads will work with plates containing agar/ liquid of any thickness so it will still be able to reach the bottom of the plate. The main problem with using low-profile plates is the lid lifters. They do not come down low enough to pick up the lids. The lids must be removed before loading into the ROTOR.
In each bay on the turntable and station black, you will notice 2 socket screws (image below). These are used to help locate the Singer Plus Plates. You may need to remove these screws to allow the multi-well plate to fit in. There is a key in the tool kit supplied with your ROTOR.
