Matrix Pinning : 7x7 Custom Pinning format program for the ROTOR(+)?

Note: This routine is expected to work on ROTOR+ (supplied after June 2021) although at the time of writing (April 2023) this has not been fully tested by our customers. If problems are seen please contact [e-mail] for assistance.

The 7x7 matrix is a special routine that is not supplied as standard with the ROTOR but anyone interested in using this method can download the attached file and add it to the ROTOR software.
