Spotting : 1 to 1 Equal Density Liquid to Agar ignoring lids on the ROTOR(+)?

Answer : The file _d_Spot_NoLids.srr attached to this article allows the user to do a standard replicate from 1 source liquid plate to 1 target liquid plate.

Please note: This version does not remove lids. It is assumed that all plates have no lids.

For example -:  1 x 384 : 1 x 384, Lid removers do not move.

The routine is not supplied as standard with the ROTOR but anyone interested in using this method can download the attached file and add it to the ROTOR software.

After importing the file will be named Spot_NoLids in the User section.
