Introduction
Singer Instruments will normally attempt to provide a Singer Instruments trained engineer (if requested) for the installation and commission of a ROTOR or PIXL
These are our largest instruments. As well as the Health and Safety involved in moving it to a bench, connecting it up and running, the engineer would normally check the calibration - to make sure nothing has changed during transit - and provide a training session for the customer.
The PIXL - User Guide , ROTOR - User Guide and the article Remote Installation - ROTOR include more information about the installation.
Remote Installation Acceptance form
After, or during installation please complete the form found here Remote Installation Acceptance form. This will allow us to record the date of your installation and confirm that all has gone well.
Please also use the form for reporting any issues which have arisen during the installation. This will create a new ticket and a Singer Instruments Support Technician will be in contact as soon as possible.
It is recommended that the user creates a new login to our Technical Website before submitting the form. Please see more details here : Tech Site - Get a Password
