Please Note (Feb 2026): We have increased our security for access to our Technical Website. You may be asked for a more secure password than used previously but once signed in nothing should change.
If you have previously signed into Zendesk or a Singer Instruments Agent has sent you a link to an article your email will be in the system so you can request/ set a password using this method.
