How to measure Agar depth for the PhenoBooth(+)?

Answer : Use a standard lab ruler to measure from the base of the plate (include the plastic of the plate), to the surface of the agar. Try to minimise any impact from the meniscus. It can be difficult to get this measurement correct if the Agar surface is very uneven.
