Is there a way of imaging bioluminescent colonies? i.e. can you turn off lighting and image on the PhenoBooth(+)?

Answer -  Yes.

You can turn the internal lighting off in the PhenoBooth(+). In the darkness, it assumes the guide rails are in the last detected position when the lights were on so that it can determine where the colonies are.
