Array 4 liquid to 1 Agar - Change all plates at repeat on the ROTOR(+)?

Answer : The standard array liquid to agar program/ routine supplied with the ROTOR software allows the user to switch only the Black (target plate) at repeat when condensing 4 liquid source plates into one agar target plate. The file _d_1_To_4_Array_ALL.srr attached to this article will allow the user to make multiple copies of the same 4 plates without leaving the program.

If the plan is to condense multiple library liquid plates onto agar plates the user will probably prefer to change both source and target plates at repeat. For example: 4 x 96 well Library plates onto 1 x 384 Agar target plate then change all plates and repeat. The routine attached will allow you to do this. 

The routine is not supplied as standard with the ROTOR but anyone interested in using this method can download the attached file and add it to the ROTOR software.

When importing it into the ROTOR software it will be named 1:4 Array_ALL.
