Array: 4 x Liquid to 1 x Agar using the Recycle Mode on the ROTOR(+)?

Answer : The file _d_1_To_4_Array_Recycle.srr attached to this article will allow the user to copy 4 source plates to 1 target plate. It allows the user to use the Recycle Mode which when used in conjunction with the Pairs Function ensures that enough cells have been transferred.

The protocol is a special routine that is not supplied as standard with the ROTOR but anyone interested in using this method can download the attached file and add it to the ROTOR software.

When importing it into the ROTOR software it will be named 1:4 Array Recycle
