UV Warning !! - PIXL

Warning 

Using UV sertilisation in the PIXL is safe as long as the door is closed during operation. However we are aware of some customers who have removed the door and are using other methods to fool the PIXL Software into thinking the door is closed. This is dangerous and could be harmful to the user. 

PIXL Violet 1 channel wavelength 380 - 390 nm, does not exceed the recommended dosage limit, and should be considered safe.

The software checks to make sure the door is closed before allowing the user to turn on the UV function. Users who have a Light Curtain fitted are not able to use the UV function in the software.

Singer Instruments take no responsibility for users who are affected by harmful UV rays while using the PIXL with the door removed.

Singer Instruments will not honour any warranties or claims for damage caused by the removal of the door.
