MCI (Machine Control Interface) touchscreen computers on MSMs and ROTOR(+) use Windows OS. Since August 2016, they run Windows 10 IOT Enterprise LTSC 2021, supported until 2032 and not upgradable without a fresh install. Software can run on Windows 11 with support contact. From August 2015 to 2016, they used Windows 7, upgradable to Windows 10. Before 2015, they likely used Windows Embedded Standard 2009. For support, contact technicalsupport@singerinstruments.com.
