How to resolve main supply voltage variations for the ROTOR.

Answer : Some customers in the USA reported issues with their ROTOR which was caused by the variations in their main supply voltage. This can be due to having a large item such as a fridge on the same circuit.

Note: This article only applies to ROTOR HDA's supplied before July 2021

Solution

If this happens we recommend that an Automatic Voltage Regulator is fitted inline. There are 2 models available LE600 and LE1200 which are supplied by APC. Of the two we would recommend the LE1200 model.
