Answer - If you have 'Forgot Password' or you need to 'Get a Password' the video below demonstrates the process to reset it or create one
If you have previously signed into Zendesk or a Singer Instruments Agent has sent you a link to an article your email will be in the system so you can request/ set a password using this method.
