What could be the cause of a Black Screen on the touchscreen computer - Advantech UTC-315?

When starting up the robot, the digital screen is black and nothing is happening

The issue was due to the CMOS Battery needing replacing. The customer found a solution by following this YouTube Video Advantech UTC 315 Bios Reset - Clear CMOS. This showed them how to get to the battery. They did have to purchase a wired replacement battery rather than the usual off the shelf CR2032 battery. There is a link here to a similar battery online : Amazon Link. Once the battery was refitted they had to go into the BIOS Settings and reset the date and time but following this the system worked as it should.
To make the touchscreen come on when the instrument power is turned on they went into the BIOS Setting called Restore AC Power Loss, under Chipset -> South Cluster -> Restore AC Power Loss. This was set to automatically power on when AC power is applied.
