Singer Instruments will normally attempt to provide a Singer Instruments trained engineer for the installation and commission of a ROTOR or PIXL
These are our largest instruments. As well as the Health and Safety involved in moving it to a bench, connecting up and running, the engineer would normally check the calibration - to make sure nothing has changed during transit - and provide a training session for the customer.
Due to developments all over the world from the COVID-19 Pandemic it has become more difficult for an engineer to attend the installation and commissioning of these instruments. At the time of writing this article we do not know when travel will get back to some normality and it may be that some countries will put restrictions on entering for the forseeable future.

After, or during installation please complete the form found here Remote Installation Acceptance form. This will allow us to record the date of your installation and confirm that all has gone well.
Completion of this form will activate the start of your warranty period. Failure to complete the form may affect the support we are able to offer during the warranty period.
Please also use the form for reporting any issues which have arisen during the installation. This will create a new ticket and a Singer Instruments Support Technician will be in contact as soon as possible.
