Re: Covid-19
We understand that the majority of the world is now reducing restrictions on access following the COVID Pandemic. This is great news and it means that Singer Instruments are now able to return to providing full support to our customers again, including visits where necessary.
Even with restrictions being removed some delays to logistics and travel are still in place. This may mean that we can not get to our customers as quickly as we would like to. While waiting for a Service Engineer to arrive we will do all that we can to provide support remotely to reduce downtime.
We will continue to follow customers' local guidance. This should be communicated to us beforehand.
We are aware that some countries and certain laboratories still have restrictions in place. We will continue to support those customers in the best way possible. We will provide support remotely in the unlikely event hardware changes need to be made, and we will offer instruction in a way that will not affect the instruments’ warranty.
We are still monitoring the situation closely and will advise customers of delays if necessary.
Singer Instruments and its employees are still regularly testing for COVID and anyone contracting COVID is encouraged to stay at home and if possible work from home to reduce the possibility of infecting our colleagues.
