The computer that controls my MSM has failed?

MSM 400 

Please contact Singer Instruments Technical Support with the Serial Number and/ or date purchased and details of the touchscreen (manufacturer name and/or a picture).

  • Please include details of the fault. Some known issues can be solved
MSM 300

These MSM's were fitted with PDA's.

There were a number of different versions of PDA fitted. Unfortunately none of these PDA's are available apart from the occasional second hand one found on auction sites. We would advise against purchasing a second hand PDA. If it is not exactly the same model as the ones we used to supply the software may not function properly. We are no longer able to modify the software or settings. 

The good news is that these MSM's are upgradeable to allow them to use the current MSM 400 Touch-Screen Interface. Please contact us for a quote with the serial number of your MSM. This will be something like 686 - 300 - ????? and can be found on a sticker attached to the MSM.

MSM 200 

Unfortunately these MSM's are no longer upgradeable. Parts and software are no longer available. Occasionally there is a way of solving minor issues. Please refer to the original manual and plate settings here

MSM 100
