How successful is the 6144 density on the ROTOR(+)?

Answer : There are a few Singer Instruments customers who have been successfully pinning at 6144 density with the ROTOR.

Laboratories that use this method grow the 6144-density plate for a shorter time, around 12 hours of incubation.  As a result, 6144-density pinning increased throughput.
