If the ROTOR experiences some random faults which are not easy to diagnose it may be necessary to download log files on command. It also allows the user to send log files just from particular day(s) to the Technical Support Team.
There is also the provision to create logs of all the work that the ROTOR does including statistics, times, routines run etc..
